We meet you either in person or online to dream up your perfect piece. During this appointment we look at stones, metals and other design options and decide if you’d like to have a digital drawing done of your piece so you can visualise it before we go ahead (costs may apply).
Turnaround Time: Our standard production time is typically 6 weeks from the date your design is confirmed and deposit paid.
Some engagement rings or personalised jewellery may take a littler longer depending on the complexity of the piece.
If you have a specific date in mind, please let us know—we’ll always do our best to accommodate tighter timeframes where possible.
Deposit: A 60% deposit is required to begin crafting your custom pieces.
