Right from the initial appointment where I explained to ash that I wanted to redesign my engagement ring but keep the original stone and band, he was so helpful and understanding as I had no idea what I wanted. We looked at some of his rings and I fell in love with one that had a halo built around a centre stone which was perfect as it meant I could keep my original stone but change the shape which is exactly what I wanted! From there the process was so streamlined and they were communicative from beginning to end. I picked up my ring on the weekend and I couldn’t be more in love, I can’t stop staring at it. My fiancé is so happy with the end result as he wanted me to be able to build my dream ring with the original ring he bought. Thanks again Ash and the rest of the team at Diamondport! Matt and I had an amazing experience with Mike and the whole Diamondport team. I had an idea of what I wanted for my engagement ring; a rose gold halo style ring that looked like a flower. They designed it perfectly and really listened to what I wanted. It was what I imagined in my mind and would not have been able to find in any other jewelers. We recently had them design the wedding ring as well, and again I took my idea - of a horseshoe style rose gold band which circled and highlighted the main diamond. The two rings look like they are meant to be together.
