True Love Guarantee​

We know choosing an engagement ring is a big moment—and sometimes, surprises don’t go exactly to plan. That’s why we offer our True Love Guarantee: peace of mind for proposals made without your partner’s input.

If your partner purchased a ring on their own without any guidance from you and you don’t absolutely love it, the True Love Guarantee may apply.

To be eligible for a remake under the True Love Guarantee:

• It must be an engagement ring
• The ring must be one of our standard designs with no custom changes. Customised rings are not eligible. See our refunds and return policy for more information.
• You must contact us within 60 days of the original collection date
• The ring must be in new condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation
• This offer is only valid to be used once per couple

If the above criteria are met, we’ll remake the ring in a design you love—approved by you. The remake must be of equal value to the original ring. If the new ring is of greater value, the price difference will apply.

The True Love Guarantee is our way of making sure you love your ring as much as you love each other.

The True Love Guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. It applies only to eligible engagement rings and is not a substitute for your statutory consumer guarantees.
