Shipping and Delivery Fees

Delivery is FREE Australia Wide. We offer free shipping within Australia.

We do not accept orders to P.O. Box addresses or any address outside of Australia. Diamondport takes no responsibility for any shipment if a freight forwarder is used to forward the parcel from the Australian address as used for the order to an international address.

Dispatch Times

We shall use our best endeavours to deliver the Products, including Custom Products, to your nominated delivery address or ensure that the Products are available for collection at our store, within 7 weeks from the date of the order. You’re also welcome to visit us in-store at the above address.

Delivery Policy

Please note that Diamondport Online only delivers online orders to addresses within Australia. No international shipments.

Upon successful completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing details on how to track your order.

You acknowledge and agree that the timeframes set out above are estimates only, and shipping times may vary depending on your location. Additionally, there may be delays due to products being out of stock or delays during the design process. If an event outside our control delays our supply of the products, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Deliveries may be made at any time at the discretion of our delivery partners between 8 am and 6 pm.  We apologise that times cannot be scheduled.

Orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, please contact the delivery agent for instructions on how to collect your parcel. To ensure the secure and undamaged delivery of your order, we do not permit couriers or Australia Post to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address. We will not accept any responsibility for parcels reported missing if a customer has given permission for a courier to leave on the premises or used the Australia Post ‘SafeDrop’ option.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery resulting from incorrect address information entered by the customer.

Insurance

Diamondport is fully insured, and all orders are covered under our Jewellers Block insurance policy. Please get in touch with us for coverage details.

Changes to Your Order

Once your order is placed, changes cannot be made online and are not guaranteed. If you would like to change your order after it has been received, please contact us for more details. If you’ve changed your mind, please refer to our refund policy.
