At Diamondport, we take pride in crafting high-quality jewellery with exceptional care and attention to detail. Every piece we create is made to last and designed to be loved. We comply with all requirements under the Australian Consumer Law, while also taking into account the custom nature of many of our pieces.
Most of our engagement rings, wedding bands and eternity bands are custom-made to order. As these pieces are created specifically for you, they are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, including changes in design preference, stone selection, or ring size (once confirmed and production has started).
Pieces that are from our standard engagement ring collection, without design modifications, may be eligible for our True Love Guarantee.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item has a major fault—for example, if the piece:

Please note: Fair wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not considered faults and are not covered under this policy.
If your custom engagement ring doesn’t fit perfectly, we offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days of collection (excluding eternity bands and rings with complex settings, for which resizing is not possible). All other rings are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
For non-custom items (e.g. ready-to-wear pieces), returns may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days of delivery, provided:

For purchases made through Google Shopping or other online marketplaces, the same conditions apply. Custom items are not returnable unless faulty, and all non-custom returns must be authorised in advance.
