My fiancé proposed to me with the most stunning ring from Diamond Port, and I can genuinely say it exceeded every single piece of inspiration I’d ever saved on Pinterest. It is the most gorgeous ring I’ve ever laid eyes on. I’ve actually been stopped in supermarkets and shops by people asking what kind of ring it is and where it’s from! Rhys and Karis were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made everything feel exciting, personal, and completely smooth especially when I returned today for my post-proposal follow up appointment. I got my partner an engagement ring from Diamond Port and dealt with Rhys and Karis, who were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I explained the proposal date and was worried it might be short notice to have the ring made, but they were incredibly quick and efficient. The communication was excellent and the service was very professional from start to finish. My fiancée was absolutely over the moon with the ring. Thank you to Rhys & Team for a great buying experience! We had two meetings with Rhys to look at the many options of an Engagement ring. We did go back and forth quite a bit and Rhys as lovely and accommodating at all times. We did have a slight issue post purchase which was fixed right away by the team. Rhys is so friendly and professional, thanks him a lot for helping us to choose the perfect rings!!
