Diamondport analysed 173 engagement rings  purchased by its clients between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026, uncovering the metals, diamonds, shapes and budgets Brisbane couples are genuinely investing in.

 

Rather than relying on overseas fashion reports, social media trends or online inspiration boards, the findings are based on real purchasing decisions made by couples in Brisbane.

 

The analysis found several clear preferences among local engagement ring buyers:
